How do payments
and deposits work?
It is completely hands-off for you. Your members pay a small deposit online via your custom booking link to secure their room. They can pay in installments or in full directly to Epik Destinations. You are never responsible for collecting money.
They arguably get the better deal! While you play, they have access to Red Lane® Spas, pristine beaches, and unlimited water sports (even SCUBA for certified divers). It is a vacation for them, not just a "golf trip."
What about members / spouses who don't golf?
Is it really all-inclusive?
Yes. All meals, 5-Star Global Gourmet™ dining, premium liquors, wines, and airport transfers are included. Tipping is strictly forbidden for resort staff (with the exception of personal Butlers and Caddies). Land and water sports, SCUBA for certified divers and much more, all included!
Absolutely. We can arrange private cocktail receptions, farewell dinners, or reserved sections at restaurants to celebrate the tournament winners.
If I earn a comp room, is my airfare covered?
Airfare is separate. However, we frequently see clubs cover their Pro's airfare as a business expense. They view this as an investment, allowing you to host and "treat" their premium members to an exclusive Caribbean experience, which yields a high return on member retention.
What happens if I don't fill all the rooms?
We structure our contracts with flexibility in mind. We will discuss specific attrition dates during our strategy call to ensure you aren't stuck with penalties for unsold rooms.
Am I required to conduct clinics during the trip?
Do my members need to travel with their own clubs?
What is the minimum group size to qualify for benefits?
Your level of "work" is entirely at your discretion. You can structure this as an instructional "Golf School" with morning clinics, or you can simply invite your VIPs and join the trip as a social host. Whether you want to teach or just tee it up, we will help facilitate the schedule that fits your goals.
That is entirely up to them. While serious players often prefer their own equipment, both Jamaica and St. Lucia offer top-of-the-line rentals (typically Titleist or Callaway) for members who prefer to travel light.
It depends on your travel dates. For trips scheduled during the fall (Sept 1 – Dec 20), you earn a complimentary room when you book 5 rooms (the 6th room is free). For travel during peak season (Jan 2 – Aug 31), you earn a complimentary room when you book 9 rooms (the 10th room is free).
How far in advance do we need to secure our dates?
To secure prime tee times and contiguous room blocks, we recommend planning 12–18 months out. However, because we are preferred partners with Sandals, we can often secure availability for smaller VIP groups with shorter lead times. The sooner we start, the better your block location will be.
